How far is it hiking from Grand Canyon Bright Angel Trail to Phantom Ranch ?
Can someone please help me fill in the following data : Bright Angel Trail to Phantom Ranch:

Just trying to complete some data – if there are any other good checkpoints feel free to let me know – thanks for any help !!! 
Indian Gardens to River Rest House
River Rest House is 7.8 miles from the top and 3.2 from Indian Gardens. This section of the trail drops you down into the Inner Gorge along a section of switchbacks known as the Devil’s corkscrew (little shade). The River Rest House is near the river at an elevation of about 2,500 feet.
River Rest House to Bright Angel Campground
Bright Angel Campground is 9.4 miles from the top and 1.4 miles from the River Rest House. This section of trail runs along the south edge of the Colorado River and has a lot of little ups and downs. At 9.0 miles, you cross the Silver Bridge over the river and go a short way up Bright Angel canyon to Bright Angel Campground which is about the same elevation as the River Rest House (around 2,500 feet).
Bright Angel Campground to Phantom Ranch
Bright Angel campground is right next door to the canteen and cabins at Phantom Ranch. It is an easy quarter-mile walk along a nice level trail. Since Phantom Ranch is slightly further up the canyon, it would be at a slightly (few feet) higher elevation than the campground.
As for your extra credit question… if you take the South Kaibab trail, it is 6.9 miles from the top to Bright Angel Campground. Once you get to the campground, it is the same distance and trail from there to Phantom Ranch.
Contrary to the poster above, you do not have to take any one trail going up or down. Many people prefer to hike South Kaibab going down (because it is shorter and has great views) and hike Bright Angel going up because there is water and a campground half-way up at Indian Gardens. While the water and shade on the Bright Angel trail makes it a better choice is warmer months, I personally find South Kaibab easier going both up and down (as far as the trail itself goes) in the cooler months.
And lastly… the other route to Phantom Ranch and Bright Angel Campground is the North Kaibab trail coming down from the North Rim – a distance of 13.8 miles (to Phantom Ranch).
